- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review client data, monitor progress, and modify treatment as appropriate
- Provide caregiver training and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA and autism services
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA therapy and quality autism services
- Reliable transportation if travel is required

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on progress
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Deliver both clinic-based and in-home ABA services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Virginia LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to travel within assigned region
- Reliable transportation for hybrid service delivery
